In 2013, the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria proudly opened the Graton Resort & Casino, a 534,000-square-foot casino resort situated at the northwest edge of Rohnert Park. Offering an expansive gaming floor, a luxurious hotel, and various amenities, the casino quickly became a local attraction. However, in early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic forced temporary closure, impacting operations significantly. In April 2022, Graton Resort & Casino had exciting news – a major expansion project is on the horizon.

The future expansion project, slated to begin in mid-2023, is expected to transform Graton Casino into the second largest in California. With a budget of $1 billion, the ambitious undertaking will double the size of the casino and the hotel by 2025.

Casino Expansion

Rooftop Restaurant

An exclusive rooftop dining venue will be introduced, offering 28,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor seating. With a guest capacity 480, it’s set to become a delightful culinary destination.

Hotel Wing

On the south side of the existing hotel, a new 6-story, 221-room wing will be constructed, complete with an expanded pool area. This addition will elevate the total number of hotel rooms to 421.

Parking Convenience

To accommodate the visitor surge, a five-story parking garage will be built on the east side of the casino. With space for 1,500 vehicles and a pedestrian walkway to the casino, guests can enjoy hassle-free access.
