Updated Nebraska Gambling Laws

On the 3rd of November 2020 Nebraskans voted on the Nebraska Gambling Initiative 431, 430 and 429 which will expand the scope of gambling in the state. There will be slot machines and casino style gambling games added to the state’s licenced racetracks.
