California Lottery Claim Form
When you are lucky enough and have won a prize from the CA lottery you have to then claim your prize. The claims process is different depending on how much you have won.
If you win under $600, that is, $599 or less you have two ways to claim your lottery prize;
Simply go to a recognized lottery retailer, give them your winning ticket and you’ll get your cash on the spot, that easy!
